Meet & Greet
First, we meet the client and hear how they want the doors run! We want to listen to every preference and concern to provide a tailored and awless experience. We’re here to make sure everyone is taken care of, and the doors run smoothly.
Coordinate & Compile
We’re going to coordinate with production, security, and PR. We’ll collect RSVP’s and compile an organized guest list into our software. YEP, we do that too!
Phone Calls & Walk Throughs
We’ll be here every step of the way with you, on conference calls and walk-thrus of the venue. We want to make sure we can create the most streamlined process, and not miss any steps.
Primed & Prepped
We come fully prepared so you can focus elsewhere! Our girls are on brand, ready to go in chic uniform and fully trained. We bring the iPads, hotspots, software, and everything else we will need for the night. And yes, we’ll bring you an extra iPhone charger.

When I throw an event, the guest list and front door process is extremely important to me. I’m a big fan of the VIPER team because all my guests are inside efficiently and all the party crashers are turned away quickly but very kindly. The girls run a very tight ship to make sure no one slips through the cracks. They are very hands on and involved in the event process for weeks prior to the party and they custom tailor the door experience to my preference. They have handled an event for me with over 1000 people and I have never experienced a check in process so seamless.
